Now I'm terrified that "burlesque" will be a "style" in the hat.
Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
OMG. you are right to be terrified. that possibility NEVER occurred to me until now.
oh dear.
"Burlesque" might be ... interesting? but the "wriggle provocatively while wearing minimal clothing" isn't really a style, is it?
Good burlesque is more than that, but unfortunately, there is a LOT of bad burlesque out there (for which Robin Antin shoulders a lot of blame)
I'm back to working evenings so I missed the show this week. What is the site that has the videos again? I may have to keep up that way.
I really liked the top 10 men dance - and all of them seemed to be mostly LEG.
I wish that they had done the girls before the boys. I liked the girls' number, but the boys' number was A. MA. ZING. After they were finished, I knew that the other number would pale in comparison. It was fab, but the boys blew them away.
I was surprisingly happy with the top 20 number, I usually hate Tasty's choreo.
I wish that the professor had made it, I think that Robert's age was the deciding factor.

I think so too, on both parts. The professor was the only person I was sad didn't make it, at least of the top 31. I hope he tries again; I think the fact that the judges were using his "indubitably" last night is a sign that they thought really well of him.
Won't he be past the age limit next time?
I thought he was a little younger--they made an issue out of the other guy's age, but not his.
