Buffy: So how'd she get away with the bad mojo stuff? Anya: Giles sold it to her. Giles: Well, I didn't know it was her. I mean, how could I? If it's any consolation, I may have overcharged her.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

God, I hate left joins (well, not as much as other joins, but still) and I unrelatedly want a toaster where you can program the pattern it burns on your bread.

And a fridge that will present you with softened butter and room temperature eggs at a time of your choosing.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

What are left joins? where cars merge in from the left?

What are left joins?

It's what you do to your data after you normalize it.

Access is being a PITA. Still, I'm moving the data to Excel before printing it, so no point continuing to troubleshoot.

Three people have called or come by my cube. I hope I'm safe to leave now.

Now tagless for your comfort.

The giant Ugly Dolls from the Comic Con site are AWESOME! Olivia loves her Babo & Ox.

Tonight we ventured downtown to the riverfront Jazz & Rib Fest where we pigged out on ribs and pulled pork (the kids also had ice cream and an elephant ear).

Tomorrow is a county fair excursion where we will see farm animals, ride rides and eat deep fried cheese until we burst our guts.

Guh.

This weekend I'd planned to get organised and put meals together for the whole coming week.

I'm so not going to. But I do hope to at least test the CI recipe for spice cake.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Oh, man, I wish we had a Jazz & Rib Fest! But I guess we'd have to have a riverfront for that.

Tour continues weird, and I'm such a sucker for Boonen.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

And cold, cold water. I can't have eggs or most veggies in the fridge if I want the water as cold as I like it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I still want those twice-baked potatoes.
