"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

Anger still at shrift levels of choking a bitch.

People who spend a lot of meatspace time with me always remark on how mellow I am. They only say that because they can't see the mess of bloodspatter and entrails inside my brain.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Paperdol, what they said.

I just found out I have to be at work at 8am tomorrow. Puts a damper on my boozing plans for tonight, let me tell you. I wonder what's the earliest I can get my hands on HP7. It's not like I'll be doing anything at work unless something goes wrong.

I have to be at work at 8am tomorrow, too!

Can you read during your work day?

I wonder what the simplest way to get my hands on HP7 without losing too much sleep is.

You can probably stop by Rite Aid on your way to work in the A.M., they're bound to have it, and they're usually open 24/7.

Tomorrow? Probably. They just want somebody on site for coverage, but I doubt I'll have much to do. I haven't read any of the HP books, though.

Start from scratch!

Thanks, Polgara. Let me go look up my nearest one. I was irritated that I'd have to buy one (I only have HP6) myself--normally I'm a nicker and a reader (and of course a returner). But I'm going to drag that book onsite like a good little geek. 8am? I have to cancel acupuncture again and teaching. This salaried thing has its downsides.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Talk about conflicted feelings. I'm torn between being glad Bush is getting a little back of what he's giving to the American people and terrified of Darth Cheney being in charge.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Seriously paperdol, to that sort of person who's desperately seeking to improve her self-image by tearing down someone else's, being ignored and dismissed is FAR worse than being argued with.

If I were a malicious person (oh, wait. I AM) I would suggest continuing to post in the forum in normal, even-tempered tones while ignoring her and imagine her seething more and more as she fails to get any further response from you.
