I wanted my mommy to negotiate the last dentist visit. And will probably want her even more at the next. But it takes time to want mommy to solve everything ouchy and not give you the details. I wouldn't be surprised if the agreement that the union negotiated with the agency would have something to say on the subject, though that may be more limited to the conditions under which you take the training than the authority to increase the training on you.

Another option that may help you at least somewhat would be to discuss the situation with your supervisor. Depending on your agency culture, you might be able to work something out. Maybe stretching out the training to minimize strains on you, or taking some of the training by computer.
