Always Anti-fascist!

He's so funny. I so enjoyed that "Dark Shadows" fanboy he played in "King Of Queens".

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Paperdol, I've now finished the book. While it was all great, I really loved "the Internet wants your daughters". Bringing common sense to politics -- what a concept? In fact I'd like to see it posted on the interbunny. Don't know how you would feel about it. If you decided it was a good idea you'd still need permission from your editor. And as to whether it is a good idea -- I don't even know and I'm suggesting it. You already have sample chapters up.

But in terms of marketing, it could help you reach the political blogs. I'll bet some of the major feminist blogs would link to it, as well some of the liberal blogs, and even the some of the libertarian blogs that are actually libertarian. I'm not giving business advice. After all, I'm the one who thought The Inside would be a money maker. But the idea still may be worth considering independent of the source. It might reach a market you aren't currently connecting with.

On top of everything else, it really is good advice for parents, though I wonder if putting it out on the internet will reach many of the people who really need to read it.

Ha! a quick Google tells me Polgara thinks that chapter will sell books too!

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

and whiffleballs, are often poorly finished , so um.... ouch.

I am so glad I'm not the only one who thought that!

I just read David's post to Matt. Before I could tell him what I said ( come on, that was the clever part he was supposed to admire) he said OWWW".

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Ha! Typo, that's one of the chapters I used to pimp it to my offline friends.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Why does this make me think of Ple?

Only because it is a Venn Diagram! (Also, I think it's a shirt.)

My musical tastes are notoriously catholic and lacking in rhyme or reason.

Speaking of rhyme, anyone in the Music Thread talking about Blue Scholars?

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I think my publisher would have a heart attack if I posted anything else online.

Ah well, then as Daisy Jane say, I'll use it pimp to my offline friends.

I think what makes it so perfect for pimpage to The Others is that it deflates any sort of axe murderer, craxy, perv thing they might throw at you. Plus, as you say, it addresses something that is a cultural shift in a funny, smart way.
