What's the best way to get temporary tattoo off one's skin? Should I try to dig out the rubbing alcohol?

It's lasted pretty well for a week, really, but it's to the stage where it looks grotty enough to come off. The one that I put just below the hollow under my throat got sweat off in a day, but this one on the back of my forearm is just hanging in there.

And how can an actor (who is listed in IMBD, IBDB, and ITDB) only have one very bad photo of himself on the web? Yep. [link] The first one is him, but nothing else is (there are shows he was in, but no other images of him). He's really much prettier than that would indicate.
