I am pro-avocado, but I don't need it in most of my sushi.
(mmmm, sushi. That sounds really good, even tho' I just finished eating a very tasty lunch that involved guacamole.)
I like avocado in everything.
I happen to think that one of the great things about America is if an avocado wants to, and if it studies and works hard, it can grow up to be in sushi....

Babycut carrots, grape tomatoes, herbed turkey and salmon cream cheese wrapped in whole wheat tortilla, celery sticks w/ cashew macadamia butter. YUM! + CUTE!

Did you see they had crawdads? I don't think I've noticed them before. It was a little alarming at first! At one point when I walked by, the guy was educating/terrorizing a gaggle of kids with a live one. I was relieved he refrained from throwing that particular one into the pot then and there...
