I practically ODed on them today: vegetable beef soup, about 2 cups of steamed brocolli and cauliflower, and a blackberry cobbler that was all blackberry and no cobbler.
Yum.
I had leftover yam-and-onion bake, and a spinach-and-mushroom egg-white omelette. 'Twas tasty, but 'twas not sushi.

Raw fish and sticky rice wrapped in seaweed?
It doesn't have to be raw or fish.
Though it really should not have avocado. glares at California & its tendency to put avocado in everything
Lunch was a turkey club sandwich, but only a side of yogurt. I'll be loading up on fruit and veggies at the grocery store tonight--I only picked up some potatoes, onions, and grapes last week, and went through the grapes over the weekend.
The local farmers market doesn't start for another two weeks, so I'll wait on getting some good local produce until then.
Though it really should not have avocado.
Or cream cheese.
