Lunch was a turkey club sandwich, but only a side of yogurt. I'll be loading up on fruit and veggies at the grocery store tonight--I only picked up some potatoes, onions, and grapes last week, and went through the grapes over the weekend.
The local farmers market doesn't start for another two weeks, so I'll wait on getting some good local produce until then.

Someone needs to come up with the "eat a frelling muffin, whitey!" equivalent for "sushi".
Major vegetablage has been had today.
I SO need to get back on track with the not having of wheat, corn and other bad for Beej foods. The cravings lately have been cracktastic. As a result, despite walking like a maniac, I've actually gained a couple of pounds over the last two weeks. Arg.
So. Today featured cucumber with vinegar, steamed broccoli and some turkey sausage. Later, I'm steaming a vat-o-kale. I love it. And having a huge container in the fridge ends up being like green potato chips. Grab a handful and go.
Avocado and cream cheese are both nummy and good. Neither of them belong in sushi, though.
