I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

I noticed in that NPR link that she is now having to server out the original sentence of 45 days. They had lowered it to 23 I think. What a moron she is.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Oh wait, that's right she was going to have a nervous breakdown...eyeroll

My severely schizophrenic brother had to spend TWO WHOLE YEARS in PRISON (not county jail) for repeat DUI's and driving while suspended. He didn't get his meds in jail and the prosecutor resisted every one of my attempts to get him out and into a mental hospital. Guess how much sympathy I have for Paris Hilton? Zero. Link NOT safe for work.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

The article I just read pointed out that they let her out for her "health issue," not overcrowding, so it sounds like just bad decision upon bad decision.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I think they're lucky they didn't have rioting. Totally racist and classist. Effers.

I hate to admit it, but Sharpton had a good point this morning. If it had been the daughter of a white accountant or black sports star, it wouldn't have happened.

Question -- do we think that it would have happened if it had been Nicole Ritchie?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

They had lowered it to 23 I think. What a moron she is.

I dunno. They (the sheriff) allowed her to go home - can't really blame her for accepting it.

Yup her doctor said she was going to have a nervous breakdown if she had to serve her whole sentence.

I'm pretty sure that was the cover story. They thought it would play better in the media than, "Actually, we release people all the time. We don't like to talk about it but it happens 12 times a day."

Yeah but the pressure to get out was coming from her. She should have sucked it up and done her time.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Was I the only one surprised by the revelation that Paris Hilton actually drives herself anywhere ever?

signed, still thinks OJ should have up for the death penalty

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I dunno. They (the sheriff) allowed her to go home - can't really blame her for accepting it.

Yeah, I'm sure her people had nothing to do with that.
