What is even happening?

Robin, that's great news! Happy hunting to you and J.

I have the opposite problem, Cindy. I want my hair to be longer. Granted it's longer than it has been in years. But I'd like another 8 inches or so.

Kat, in theory, I want mine to be longer, too. I just realize I no longer have the patience to get there. I want something with sass, which won't look like mom-hair, but won't look like nightclub-hair, either.

I need a hairy godmother.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Woo hoo for potential houses!!

Allyson, insent.

I love looking around houses! I've gone to several new-condo open houses in my neighborhood--they're great because you get to see all of them! Or at least, a representative of all the types in the building. Of course, the PRICES aren't fun, they're just depressing.

I want my hair to be more...something. I'm contemplating cutting it all off, as it is displeasing me lately. OTOH, I think I'd look stupid with short hair. I always do. I want it to magically be shiny and straight and bouncy and about bra-strap length. Except when I don't want it to be any of those things.

The looking at the houses is the best part! (especially if you like nosing around other people's houses like me.)

I never really looked at houses before I bought mine (I found mine through friends of friends and I knew it was The One) so I missed out on the experience for myself. And I can't imagine moving in the anywhere near future. So I like the vicarious house hunting. Especially looking at what's available in other parts of the country.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

I am totally in love with my hair cut. I finally found someone who gave me my perfect inverted bob. Loves. My teeth on the other hand... FUCK 'EM.

Yeah! The movers just left and it looks like everything came through okay.

Unfortunately, they tore a branch off the neighbor's tree just as she was pulling up to the house. They were about ten feet from the curb, so it must have really been sticking out, but still, she was not happy.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

The movers just left and it looks like everything came through okay.

Woo hoo!

It sort of stinks that I really won't have time to unpack before leaving for NY tomorrow morning, but at least it's here.

OTOH, I think I'd look stupid with short hair.

Yeah, that's what everybody said at the Chicago F2F when you had short hair. "That meara sure is stupid-looking in that red dress." @@
