the other french song I recall imperfectly is Une flambeaue, Jeanette, Isabella...which ....I've no idea what that's about.
It's a Christmas carol.
Un flambeau, Jeannette, Isabelle,
...
Le Christ est né, Marie appelle.
That's all I can remember offhand.
I have a number of classic French songs (albeit in an annoying version) on iTunes if anyone's interested.
Beth, I just sometimes wish there were more to my life.
I was feeling that- and there isn't much more that I can do from here, but reassure you that you aren't lost.
Why is Krav going to be on the news?
Also random, we are going to Vegas again this weekend. Well, more like this Sunday for one night then back on Monday. K's sister is there for a conference on reading (her school is paying for her to stay at Ceasar's Palace). So we'll go to see her. We're staying at Mandalay Bay because of the nice pool!
My Vegas experience tends to be nice pools, eating gumbo and the outlet mall.
Apparently the Ducks won. I still seem to get all issuey that a team named after a Disney movie wins the Stanley Cup.
Sunday. We'll be there. Mandalay Bay. You're welcome to join us.
Vegas sounds like fun, but I would settle for a cupcake - or a brownie.
The fight for the subtitle is on again, due to the marketing folks' insistence that the subtitle they came up with was the magical key to selling the book.
I give up. Surrender. Ollie ollie oxen free. Uncle.
In happy news, I'm working with Vroman's to come up with a date for a reading. I'm practicing with Minearest and Dearest.
