Dawn: I thought you were adequate. Giles: And the accolades keep pouring in. I'd best take my leave before my head swells any larger. Good night.

Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

MM- tons of job~ma! I feel good about this one. They will be good folks who will name you King. They might even give you a signing bonus (craftily disguised as medical benefits).

Much envy and congrats on the house ownership! Yay!

Pete & ND. Amazingly enough, Gears of War arrived today. Not bad. Half price and super speedy arrival. Woot!

OK, long day. Spent 4+ hours editing for the Burlesque show. A very fun, but labor intese editing of 80's hair music. Should be a fun routine. So, off to bed for me... (ok, after watching my news shows)

jobma for MiracleMan. (checks watch) ooh, got that in just in time!

YAY, Robin and hubby! Congrats.

That's all I got today. Not as much in a crappy mood today, though yesterday's lasted all day until I was about halfway through my post-work gym workout. Then everything was ok.

job ~ma MM!

House ownership, hurrah!

I am so sore today from a yoga class on Tuesday night that it hurts to type. That said, it was about the best class I've managed to find here in D.C. so I'll be going back.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Job~ma, MM!

I hope you have heard from the remaining 25%, juliana and that all are well.

Congratulations on home ownership, Robin and Robin's DH!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I've been tempted by the cayenne lemonade liquid fast I've heard about--possibly just because I like both major ingredients.

I do that one periodically for three days at a time (because when I first did it back in the early 80s [as a means of shedding water retained weight] and it didn't have the cayenne, that was what was recommended to me). It's a lot of sugar and a lot of water and I find it no hardship and generally feel better for having done it. When I've tried more hardcore fasts I've gotten headaches and been listless and just felt bad prety much the whole time.

Still sending interview~ma for MM, in case he still needs it.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I keep meaning to try that one and chickening out. One of these days.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

So I took him to Yum to console him and it's closed and gone.

No! Yum is closed?!?

I don't know how to live in a world like this.

I am so sore today from a yoga class on Tuesday night that it hurts to type.

Heh. I just ordered a yoga DVD called Yoga for Inflexible People, because lo, I am extremely inflexible. I mean, REALLY.

So, that bridge that collapsed? I had family cross it 30 minutes before the collapse on their way to the airport. They would have been on the bridge when it collapsed, except they stopped to eat some lunch. That's a little too close to comfort. A friend of one of my relatives is in the hospital...the extent of her injuries are not yet known. Yuck.
