Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

My Mom loves organizing things. Want to borrow her?

Our wings are not tired

There's definitely stuff in the pantry that needs to be tossed. I've also got the garage on the list for a big weeding in the next two weeks since I've got to get it organized and ready for the influx of new equipment due to Halloween Horror Nights.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Sweetheart, why don't you make a neatish pile for the moment.

I'm going to second ND.

I don't think we actually need another big bookshelf; I gave away enough books before I packed them that I think some creative reorganization should do the trick. We do need those other DVD shelves, but we knew that already.

You're right. I can pile up the rest for now. I'm just feeling overwhelmed by the clutter. Clutter is bad for me. But I'll wait until you're home. It does make more sense to do it together.

I know it overwhelms you. Right now put it in the guest room and close the door. We'll pick up the DVD shelves on the way home from the airport when I get in on Friday and put them up.

Mostly lurking...

My poor parents lost three trees today, after one fell on their garage [link] They called public works, tree division, and learned that three of the trees in their yard had been eaten to sponge-likeness by carpenter ants. I feel so badly for them.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Right now put it in the guest room and close the door.
Just leave a path for me to get from bed to bathroom, and I'm good.

After that, hopefully I'll be home around 9:30-10ish. Burnout Revenge LIVE? Nothing calms the nerves like crash racing :)

Omnis, no worries. I found homes for the placemats and such and am going to hang up the rest of the odds and ends in the closet. As long as you don't need the closet, you should be good.

Thrive to spite them

I found out that I have to go through some steps in order to register for a class because of my low GPA. Basically I have to fill out some papers with questions for advising, then fill out some web forms, then see an advisor, which I won't be able to do until Monday.

I also looked at the number of hours I've completed and it's not as bad as I thought -- I have to complete 37.5. Which is still a big chunk, but I was thinking it was more.

Plus I did two (small) things to help myself get organized and I'm really pleased.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Cash, I'm glad BiL is doing better.
