I have to help fire an employee tomorrow. One who is very nice to coworkers, but hates anyone who tries to manage her. She is on her thrid manager in less than two years, and has spent several months refusing to even speak to her present manage excepot for yes and no answers. As an HR person I can't explain the reasons for the firing to anyone and there is going to be a lot of upset about it. Not looking forward to it.

Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Oh, Robin. No fun at all. I am so sorry you have to do that tomorrow. Booo!
Dallas only implies seeing my ex
Hmm... that does seem like an important difference.
Maybe if we both go BLINDFOLDED! Then, nothing bad could happen!
Robin, that sounds just miserable.

Nighty night, Aimee!
Oh, Robin, I am so sorry. I wish you didn't have to.

Just as a clarification, you can explain it to her, right? Just not to the coworkers. Also, I suspect if she has had a history of these problems, most people will probably know why without you having to say a word. Things like that get around.
