Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Oh, totally--and I SOOOOO got that feeling in the interview. And talked iwth a few of them about it, in the interview. Like "Um, that's really not what [person before you] said about the job, what are you thinkinig it's going to entail?"

But I wouldn't be against working there in some OTHER job, really..and they did sya they're ramping upa nd planning to hire people...

I'm still new on the list, so if this is not of interest... [twas the colors that caught my eye, not the leather accessories], apologies.

we like both. No worries.

Phew. Sent the "thanks-but-no-thanks, I'm looking for something different, maybe in the future you'll have something that'll suit both of us better" email. Wasn't quite sure who-all to send it to, but decided to send to the department head (who is basically the hiring person), and the two project managers (who would be senior-ish, but not really), and the HR person. (I interviewed with NINE PEOPLE there--they gave each person 15 minutes, which was ridiculous, but a couple decided to team up so they got half an hour at least)

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I have a sneaking suspicion I have lost weight. I could swear my jeans are looser than they usually are.

This much closer to looking like Jared Padalecki.

what's cool in or near Glasgow (Scotland UK)? Is there anything involving whisky production, because that would be most excellent. My google-fu is failing, but Ima try Glasgow and whisky now.

Or, you know, nearby beautiful Scottish hamlets all peaceful and crap.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

No Nora, there are no actual whiskey production places anywhere in Scotland. (eep ... maybe I better eat lunch ... my posts are getting weird ... er)

urp? But I went to one!

Perhaps I needed to specify distillaries? with the tours and the samples and the warm pleasing glow?

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

there are no actual whiskey production places anywhere in Scotland

That's just so wrong.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

From yesterday:

Get me JDM while you're at it, will you? He's bound to show up there, what with CK, JA, JP, et al hanging out.

He's there. For his role as The Comedian.
