Sooner or later, you're gonna want it. And the second — the second — that happens, you know I'll be there. I'll slip in, have myself a real good day.

Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

For those who need cheering. Omnis_Audis posted the link in his lj a few days ago and I have fallen in love with this young hummingbird. Today he has been testing his wings frequently (you can tell when his sides go all blurry) so I fear he might not be on camera much longer but the login/password is guest/guest. Hummingbird Cam

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Daisy, hope your friend moves out quickly.

Aimee, if you do end up with asshat, I'd look at it as a temp job even though he doesn't. Keep sending out resumes, keep looking, and wear interview clothes to work everyday, so your dress does not arouse comment when you do go on interviews. It is pretty obvious he plans to screw you, so get premptive on his ass.

Hey Java cat. That site appears Too Good to be True. Have you gotten anything from them?

my sister has received a number of things from that site. very happy.

ma~~~ and job ma~~ to everyone. and house ma~~~~ and sick kid ma~~~

I went to the meatball store ( Ikea) with a friend today. She is looking at a home that will need a lot of renovations - but Ikea has the stuff for small kitchens. I got another cover for the couch and a bunch of shelf brackets- we are going to put shelves up as bedside tables in our bedroom.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

Not Java cat, but I've ordered several pieces from them, as have some other Buffistas. Nice stuff, and exactly what they say. I get compliments on the earrings every time I wear them.

Because books.

There should be H&M for EVERYONE!

As a current H&M employee, I'm sure my boss would be glad to know you feel this way! (Seriously, the basics are CHEAP. My only problem is pants -- everything's cut long and European, menaing narrow, and I am short and fairly round.)

Aimee, I'm so sorry. No asshats, though. Something else will come along. Buffista ~ma shall make it so.

Emmett! Ouch! Poor guy.

Kristin, I'm sorry about your day. And your desk. My old boss used to yell out that she needed help with "deskavation" when it got bad.

Man, I've forgotten stuff already. This spending most of the day without computer access = TEH SUCK.

::spreads vibes and glitter and hugs around with shameless abandon::

Mostly lurking...

I just ate dinner at a fabulous new little Mexican place in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, it is cursed with a tragic location, and I'm afraid it's not gonna make it.

So, now I must not only not get attached to television shows, I must also not get attached to restaurants. Life isn't fair.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Yargh! I can't sleep because my knee is bothering me so much.

H&M is an awesome store. I love H&M. They are fantastic for high-quality basics, and funky (if a tad outlandish for me) separates. Not to mention they make a great female suit.
