Haven't you killed me enough for one day?

Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

SA is now showing my boyfriend Kirk/Spock vids.

Eeep.

"Where's Teppy today?"

"Oh, she got all Ponn-Farr'd last night and won't be in for the week."

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Jilli, this is the skull skirt only in the wrong color. Mine was pink skulls with a black background and much cheaper too.

Hmmm. Not quite the right style ("close fitting through the hips"?), but still so tempting!

move out and draw fire

Anxiety has somewhat abated.

Apparently this is the month for psycho breakups. Some of you may remember my niece getting married to a much older guy (her father's age) a few years ago. The wedding was in a horse barn in NM. Yehaw.

Since that time he's become progressively less and less sane. He got obsessed that she was cheating on him, and refused to let her leave the house, even (esp) when he was gone on work for days. Their house is in a remote rural area, so that meant she was way alone. There was other stuff. They went to counseling, the counselor put him on Wellbutrin, which didn't seem to have much effect. Then a really bad thing happened - they got pregnant. (He was adamant about having kids).

But he still wouldn't let her leave the house, and even accused her of sleeping aorund when she was 9 months pregnant.

Last week, they were supposed to all go and take the baby to see his grandparents (my sister and BiL). The husband never showed up at the airport. My neice got on the plane with the baby. 4 days later, the husband calls, says he's locked up the house and she's not to go back, that he's filed for divorce and demands a paternity test (the kid looks just like him), blah blah psychocakes.

My sister and her husband think he might try to hurt or kill the baby, so they are all for my niece not going back (we are talking a several hundred mile distance, multistate). He knows where they live, though, and it's all just very weird and upsetting.

Only good thing is that she and the baby are better off without him than with him.

Happy Birthday, SA.

I hope you find another job with ample travel, Meara.

SA & Meara are always associated in my mind as I met them both at F2F LA and they never seemed to be apart. So, having said this the fact that Meara lost her job on SA's birthday? Weird.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

How scary, Raq. Much ~ma to your cousin and her baby.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Dear god, Raq.

Only good thing is that she and the baby are better off without him than with him.

A world of yes. A universe of yes.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Holy shit, Raq. I'm so glad she and the baby are out of there, but what a growing nightmare the last couple of years must have been.

Damn, Raq, that's just fucked up. Good thoughts for your niece.
