Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I'm up! I'm just...um....going to bed in just a minute.

Sorry.

I'm useless. Also, exhausted lately. Am hoping vacation (whoot!!) will help that. Three day weekend, plus I"m taking Tues/Wed off (though I'll probably leave Saturday afternoon and come home on Wednesday morning). Yay. I even got romance novels on clearance at the used bookstore, so I won't feel guilty reading them on the beach, as they only cost $1 or $2.

And I bought shoes. Because I neeeeeeeed them. Um. I promise to get rid of at least one pair, replacing them with the new ones? The other pair, well, I don't HAVE a cute navy pair, and I've been buying all these navy clothes, and the only navy shoes I have are flipflops, which aren't work-appropriate....so....

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I'm up. I forgot to bring dinner so I'm having a turkey pot pie from the stash that my boss stowed in the freezer for just such an occasion.

I'm writing my Hawthorne fanfic section now. This is harder than it sounds.

Next is Melville fanfic. Let's hope I'll hit five pages with those.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I am hating LiveJournal right now. Won't let me post or comment. I have things to say!

IM IN UR JOURNAL, BEING OPPRESSED!

lj worked for me about ten minutes ago. Not to say, "neener, neener neener." Just thought I'd let you know it's not being mean to everybody. At the moment.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Poooooooooooooooooooooor oppressed Cassie!
