They should film that story and show it every Christmas.

Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

In the computer room. Memory card in the computer.

I want eggs. And bacon.

For a couple of seconds, I struggled to join these two statements contextually. I was all "Why does the memory card being in the computer make my wife crave breakfast foods?"

Then I remembered who I was dealing with.

I don't know who's more brain-fried, me or you.

I'm having difficulty typing and whatnot because it's mildly chilly this morning, which means Emeline and Ollie are curled up on and around me as though grafter to me.

Keep in mind, it's the middle of July.

I don't know what they're going to come winter, but I fear it's going to end up with them cutting me open and crawling inside ala Han and Luke with the Tauntaun on Hoth.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I don't know who's more brain-fried, me or you.

We need no segueway for bacon!

Coffee's on and I have a whole list of things to do today.

Drop off preschool registration and check
Pay library fines
Buy apple juice
Shop for new mobile phone
Take kids to indoor pool

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I desperately want to sneak off and acquire Allyson's book from the indie SF bookstore I ordered it from, but I made a deal with my bosses that I'd work through lunch so I could leave early. Wahhh!

I'm doing this today! Also, cramming a whole day worth of work into 3 hours, getting a haircut/color, laundry, packing and a trip to the bank and pharmacy.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

My list:

  • Get up off of my ass
  • Go to work

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Mine is much like Tom's, though I did accomplish running up to the 7-11 in search of coffee and walking the dogs.

Supposed to be off at 1 today because we're working 9-5 tomorrow. We'll see.

edited because I apparently don't do posessive apostrophies before 9 am.

yeah, but then I feel like I'm not living up to a deal I made, which makes me feel kind of crappy. It's not even like there's anything much to do here, so it's all about, you know, keeping my word and all that shit. Bah! Still want to go out and do it though.
