Glad to help! it seemed so timely to have it arrive in my mailbox.
Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I totally need to be:
Getting stuff cut up and marinating for dinnerBoiling eggs for deviled eggs tonight- Cleaning the house
Showering
But I don't wanna!
(((Suzi))). You're such a good daughter, and your mother is such a lovely person. You'll both be in my thoughts.
(((Fred))). Kitty~ma for you.
Supposed to be floating the Guadalupe this weekend, but since it's been raining since like the 5th of forever that won't be happening.
Tried to slice my fingertip off cutting the boning for my dress in addition to stabbing myself repeatedly with the needle.
DJ, perhaps with enough rain the Guadalupe will come to you?
And be careful! sewing is dangerous!
No kidding. Blood everywhere!
Fred Pete - no news on Teddy yet?
A little blood in the sewing, DJ? What is this dress for?
On the TT cats thread we've decided that the Kliban "Nice cat. Looks a bit like a meatloaf" saying describes a cat resting with all appendages tucked under. And that the position is actually a zen meditation posture used to magnify and send positive, healing vibrations to those in need. So Fred, catloaves from our TC to Teddy. And good vibes to Teddy's humans, too.
It's that Jessica Rabbit dress. [link] That was when it was just the shell, I've boned it and will be putting in a body suit lining type bit made of swim suit lining and covered from the end of the boning down with the dress fabric.
That sound you just heard? Was my bottom jaw hitting the floor. If my eyes could bug out like a cartoon character's, I SO would at the thought of Daisy in that dress.
Hubba.
Aw, thanks.
I have a cherub story that brightened my day (really bad L stuff I may ask advice on when I figure out what it is I'm looking for).
Email from K: Beau and I have been hanging out on the stoop drinking beer (me, not him) waiting for Trey to get off work. I put Soul Rebels on about an hour ago. I brought Beau inside so I could go pee and he stopped near the radio and fussed -- then pointed at me and the table and said "down, down" while pointing at the table. I finally realized what he meant and put my beer down. Then he pointed at my other hand and did the same thing. I put my cell phone down. At that point he grabbed my hands and started dancing. Not only did he dance -- but he dropped down -- and didn't even fall on his butt!!! Baby boy can dance :-)
