Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Dude. Z? =lame.
Also, my ex? =confusing. She wrote me an email (in response to mine) that was just....bizarre. I was like "Um, WTF are you talking about?" Apparently, for not being a processor, I've done a lot more of it in the past few weeks than she has. Though admittedly, I think she had/has more to deal with.
Finally: I forgot that once I finished the RESUME, I'd have to write COVER LETTERS! EWWWW! Though admittedly, the first one wasn't SO bad, because it was for a job that didn't say the company, so i didn't have to be like "I really want to work at your company!", instead sent it to the recruiter person saying "I want to hear more info!"
Unfortunately, one can't send the cover letter I always want to send, which is "Read the fucking resume."
Sooo, has anyone here ever taken Celexa?
I'm taking Celexa. It just slowly dampened my worst anxiety, the one where my brain ran around in circles screaming my various fears and insecurities. I did have more trouble sleeping for a while, but I adjusted. I still have some anxiety, but it doesn't racket up as high.
nice article too Kristin!
Thanks! I'm really happy with this one. I'm looking forward to a non-list article next week, though.

Heh. Ginger funny.
My body hates me. Pain meds rock.
Jilli - you were in my dream last night. We were at your house, but not your real life house. You had your jewelry and accessories everywhere, but you couldn't find what you were looking for. There was more, but it is foggy. As usual, you were FABULOUS.
juliana, I'm sorry you're still having to hear about Z. He is a damn fool.
Juvie update: There was a fist fight in one of the girls' classrooms today while we were there. The girl that I brought in a horse book for came out with a bloody lip but dry eyes. The other girl had no blood but was crying and yelling. The sent 3 probation officers over to deal with it. This was the first time I've seen fighting out there (I've been going for about 3 months). I sent the horse book along with bloody-lip-girl's roommate to give to her.
One of the little 9 year old boys was still there (two weeks later). We took him some comics and more books. He told us he thought he was getting out yesterday but his dad said not yet. He is going to court again on Wednesday. I told him I'd be thinking of him, so let's get the Buffista ~ma going strong for this little guy. He told me he read Charlie and the Chocolate Factory since last time and he liked it a lot.
I saw about 4 kids get released to their families' today. I hadn't seen that before either. Crying mothers, people taking pictures, kids grinning ear to ear. Let's hope we never see them in the 'hall again.
juliana, he is such a jackass. I'm so glad you're away from him, hon.
I have not taken Celexa, but too have heard wonderful things about it. Good luck, Jilli! I hope it helps, you.
I got my research toys in the mail today, and will now be following my family around with a beautiful digital recorder all weekend, then transcribing parts of the interactions for practice. Lucky family! Ha!
The ladies might enjoy this website. It's for an anti-aging cream for women...with Axe-like side effects.
Sorry to hear about continued Z shittiness, juliana.
In good mememe news:
I am a bad mother effer. Today, by myself, I hung four speakers, built my first three Speakon connectors successfully, and got all four main speakers up and running successfully. All for a job ND passed along to me, because he was too busy with better paying gigs.
ND has such a cool job, I get a cool job from his leftovers.
Also, ND is a very good teacher.
I'm feeling very, very proud of myself today.
Go Sean!
Lunch today was 2 cans of Coke, a bag of popcorn, and several hazelnut wafer cookies. I iz a growed up!
