Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

My mom has been remodeling her and step-dad's house since they were first married. That's 11 years of remodeling. Step-dad has a very relaxed attitude toward it, and he's not really expected to do a whole lot.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Happy Belated Birthday, Teppy!

I survived my sister's wedding. The outside ceremony had to be moved into a tiny chapel due to light rain, but it went off without any other hitches. The reception for 260 people went on for about seven hours.

I rocked my speech and got lots of compliments, in spite of the fact that I looked like I was smuggling watermelons in my dress.

My sister was a gorgeous bride and the groom and his son were the cutest, ever.

What is even happening?

Lori looks so beautiful. I'm glad the wedding went well. I don't think those are watermelons though, Cashmere. I think they're breasts!

move out and draw fire

Gak, Cindy - perhaps you should also have been going back to school, and Scott transfering to another job at the same time.

Robert made it back safe and sound, only a little delayed. And he still had his luggage. He is desperately glad to be here. Mallory may be starting to expect that every weekend when he wakes up, there will be a surprising person there. Which is good training for the college years.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Once again, Cash, we must all marvel and delight at your fabulous eyes and smile.

And, yeah, I'm also voting breasts, not watermelons. I mean, they might conceivably be cantaloupes, but no way are they watermelons.

That's my favorite of the pictures too.

Thanks, guys. Fortunately, I felt pretty with my make up and mani and pedi and had a glorious time. My BIDs didn't emerge until I was uploading the few pictures we managed to take. I'm looking forward to the professional photography because the girl who took the pictures is really good.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Such a good picture of you and Christopher, Cash.

I changed memory cards and found a few more. Lori & Dad--my favorite. The bride arriving. And My newest cutiehead nephew.
