I'm sorry to hear that Laura.

Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
{{{Laura}}} I'm sorry that the doctor doesn't know how to deal with people. I hope you get some positive news soon.
Eep. That doesn't sound great. {{Laura}}
I'm sorry San Diego is the City of Stress for you guys, Kristin and Drew.
San Diego has been the City of Stress for me for years.
Laura, I'm so sorry. Hugs, sweetie.
Hugs, Laura.
{{ND & Kristin}} It really is so stressful. I was blessed to have a large number of family members to share in the care when my dad was so ill. I appreciated it when people would visit and give me a break with caring for Stephen, but it was hard to leave him too. Mostly it was helpful to have people to talk to about the difficulties.
Mostly I am glad you have each other because this level of stress really is easier when you have someone to hold.
Stupid body parts not acting right.
ND I'm so sorry about your mom. I find that kind of care for parents an incredible testament to the inherent goodness of you. I'm glad you have such an amazing partner in Kristin.
Trudy's post reminds me of how protective she is of the people she loves, and I think that's a wonderful trait in a person.

GC! That's wonderful! Good luck!
Laura, I'm so sorry - both for the situation and for the doctor's bad bedside manner.
Ouch, the things I accidentally start and then miss when I leave for lunch.
ND & Kristin, I had no idea your situation had gotten so intense and Just.Damn.Hard. I'm sorry if I accidentally sent up your hackles when you've already got more than enough to deal with. You have nothing but best wishes from me.
Trudy, I do appreciate that you had my metaphorical back. The sentiment is very much appreciated.
And I say no more here on the subject either.
{{{Laura}}} So hard. Went through similar with my favorite aunt a few years ago, though thankfully with a nurse who did have an exceptionally good bedside manner. Best wishes and ~ma and prayers continue for Bob & his family.
Good luck, GC!
