Be nice to me. Brendon is arriving at the hospital to try and get straight answers for Bob's wife. The cardiologist on staff is making all kinds of bad sounds. He doesn't know how long Bob was down and how much brain damage there is. He might be a vegetable. He can't discuss doing any procedures for his heart until they know what the brain looks like. I really wish the guy could have found a better way to say we don't know anything yet. No bedside manner at all.

Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
::snuggles laura a lot::
grumble I can see preparing her for the worst, but what about holding out some hope too, dude.
I'm sorry to hear that Laura.
{{{Laura}}} I'm sorry that the doctor doesn't know how to deal with people. I hope you get some positive news soon.
Eep. That doesn't sound great. {{Laura}}
I'm sorry San Diego is the City of Stress for you guys, Kristin and Drew.
San Diego has been the City of Stress for me for years.
Laura, I'm so sorry. Hugs, sweetie.
Hugs, Laura.
{{ND & Kristin}} It really is so stressful. I was blessed to have a large number of family members to share in the care when my dad was so ill. I appreciated it when people would visit and give me a break with caring for Stephen, but it was hard to leave him too. Mostly it was helpful to have people to talk to about the difficulties.
Mostly I am glad you have each other because this level of stress really is easier when you have someone to hold.
Stupid body parts not acting right.
