Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Oh, it is SO beautiful outside. WHY, oh, why am I back in the office. This is wrong.

I'm full, but now I want candy. I blame Aimee.

Our wings are not tired

I'm having sugar babies.

And thus the two topics of conversation are combined.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I'm getting anxious.

I'm getting a touch worried.

I'm impatient, but not worried. I figure they're being new parents, y'know? With families who are going to want to see the bambino, and visiting and pictures, and Jess is doubtless going to need to sleep (as is E., I'm sure), and although I *am* egotistical enough to wish it were so, updating the friends-in-the-box is probably not as high on the list as sleeping is.

That said....

WHERE BABY? WANT BABY!

Candy! Reminds me I have a package of dark chocolate covered rasperries I haven't opened. What is wrong with me?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I figure they're being new parents, y'know?

Oh totally.

But now that my uterus has been used as housing (read: now that I'm a mom), I tend to get worried a little quicker than I used to.

Plus, impatient.

THERE IS NO FAMILY ONLY US!!

Our wings are not tired.

My current baby theory is that the cell phones have lost battery power at this point and updating Twitter or Beep Me isn't possible. Also, no signal in L&D complicating matters.

Hey, Tep?

Is acetaminophen an anti-inflamitory?

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Oh, it is SO beautiful outside. WHY, oh, why am I back in the office. This is wrong.

Word. All I want to do is go have lunch and a few beers at Zeitgeist.

Count me in among the worried for the Alters.

Hey, Tep?

Is acetaminophen an anti-inflamitory?

Nope. It's an analgesic (no pain) and anti-pyretic (no fever), but it does nothing in the way of inflammation. Quoi?

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

Alter mom and baby ~ma. Not worried, since I can imagine all sorts of frustrating scenarios without bad outcomes, but concerned, since I can imagine the other kind too.

Ended up with about 4.5 hours sleep. Blergh. On the bright side, while I feel like crap from no sleep, and I'm still coughing, I can talk with almost a normal voice in complete sentences, and am, for the first time in a while, feeling like I might actually get better. Work tomorrow might be optimistic, but I'm dreaming of it nonetheless.

I never would have thought about the grapefruit thing. I wonder why I haven't seen the warning before. And they didn't mention it on the drug packaging, just in some of the online places. Huh.
