happy new house day sj!
One thing that's making my whole house hunting thing less stressful is all the connections I somehow have.
yes - that. Seems to me that having those are somehow more important than having house. DH and I were just talking about that. Then we had to stop b/c I turned all choked up. Brenda, sounds like you're a good friend with many who want to return the favor!
when's the housewarming party?
August/September? Can I get Fernet in Philly? is it spelled Phernet?
Hooray for new digs, sj!
Can I call in cranky to work? I really want to, and I think my co-workers would be grateful if I did.
Cranky shoud definitely be a valid excuse, Anne.
I'm up, showered and dressed, so the cable guy wait has offcially begun. I'm hoping he doesn't come before 9, because that's when the maintenance guy can get here to let him into the locked cable room. This will probably be the first time they show up in the first hour.
Is cuteness kryptonite
Perfect description. Aww.
Yay for a good first night in the new digs, sj.
Am awake. Not awake enough to be cranky.
Anne, you really should call in cranky. I dare ya.
Late for work. Again.
Trying to convince myself it's due to not having worked in 3 months.
I'm really thinking it has more to do with me not getting to bed before 2am. Again.
Sigh.
Cable guy is here. The maintenance guy was here early to let him in. So far, so good.
Anne! Call in and play with us all day!
Poor Aimee. Still on West Coast time, sweetie?
I'm feeling all accomplished. I've already done my morning routine stuff--including going to the gym and showering! It's not even 9:00 a.m.!
You've had major life changes, Aimee, you'll get used to your new work schedule soon.
((((Jessica and familly))))
Aimee, it takes a little time to adjust.
I feel bad that the cable guy is having to work around my book boxes to get to one of the cable jacks. I didn't think he would need to get to the one I won't be using.
