Fun hair, Kristin!!

I am still feeling shitty, but one of my friends (who's been dealing with a nasty breakup of her own for several months now) who also wanted to avoid the Pride festivities (I didn't feel festive. Or up for crowds) came over and we watched a movie.

Problem was, the movie was "Friends With Money". Oh my GOD, it was bad. There was no PLOT! WTF? And just...awful!! Pointless, and awful!

It was very annoying, meara! I thought it was going to be a lot better.

That movie was one that I wasn't sure about, and now I know to avoid it. I don't know if it helps at all, meara, but at least you've done your good deed for the day with the PSA.

Heh. Glad to have done a good deed! I feel I could use some good karma lately...

Also helpful: friend coming over made me at least move the crap out of my living room and into my bedroom. Mind you, that doesn't actually count as CLEANING, but it does make the view in my living room slightly more tolerable.

I was sad the movie wasn't better, because I really liked the actresses in it, and I think people are weird and interesting about money. And yet, it captured none of that--either the awesome actresses, OR the interesting money talk.

I haven't seen Friends with Money. It had confusing reviews, as I recall. I watched Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban tonight and enjoyed it muchly. I'm kind of binging HP stuff, I missed it all as it was coming out and this seemed like a good oppotunity to catch up with the final book coming out and all

ION, I didn't sleep well last night and I've reached the bottom of my coffee cup. Time to bat my eyelashes and see if I can get the DH to bring me another.
