Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Everyone except Jordin had a good night and she wasn't that bad. Chris could go and I'd never miss him. Lakisha finally came through like she should. I liked Blake's take. I really like Phil's voice and thought he did well tonight.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Good, I don't like Phil at all, but did he suck or was he good?

he rocked it. I mean, really rocked it. I think that he looks like a pedophile, but I didn't even notice it this time.

I wasn't sure about Blake at first.

I wasn't either, but I appreciated his originality. It's such a well known song that he really needed to make it his own.

I think Chris was by the far the worst of the group. He didn't do anything with the song, his interpretation wasn't good. Jordin was fine, but she was the "worst" of everyone. If it was only one elimination, I'd say she was safe. But, I don't know . . .

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I think that he looks like a pedophile

Damn. But this really made me laugh pretty hard.

"We have trust issues." Mylar

Chris is always the worst of the group. I did enjoy Ryan calling him out on the faux Timberlake, though.

Loved Lakisha tonight. Strangely, loved Phil. I thought he was the best of the night. (I KNOW!) I didn't like Melinda tonight. Maybe it's just because that is one of the few Bon Jovi songs that I will not automatically raise my lighter for. I mean, she was ok, and cute as a button trying to throw the devil horns, but nothing to write home about. Jordin, just no. Even JBJ knew it would be bad. I really wouldn't mind both of the boys going home tomorrow. (Sorry, Blake lovers. I just don't get it.) But I think for poor Kiki, it's too little, too late.

sits next to Kat, shakes head in disbelief.

I didn't like Melinda tonight.

she looked wierd trying to stalk across the stage.

Jordin, just no. Even JBJ knew it would be bad.

yeah, but he loved her. We all do. the audience might save her.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

The latest Dancing with the Stars results show was really cute. The samba to Bat out of Hell was surprisingly effective, and I do love the "analysis". I've been skipping these becasue they were boring, but this one is pretty good.

Eta: and baby dancers! Adorable. Though some of those moves look wrong done by little girls.

What is even happening?

Last night, my kids were watching AI and Julia said, "Who's Bon Jovi?"

Ben said, "I don't know. Well, actually, I kind of do. He's an old singer."

"How come I never heard of him?"

"He's from way back, like in the '80s or something."

Punishingly Intricate

"He's from way back, like in the '80s or something."

But didn't the 50s seem like real olden times when you were your kids' ages? They did to me anyway. SO ancient. (that never fails to freak me out that the 80s are to pre-teens today what the 50s were to me when I started to be into pop music at that age.)
