I don't know if I want the Office to be an hour-long show. I like the idea of MORE Office for sure but it works so well with that 1/2 hour (or 22 minute) constraint. I worry it will get too flabby.

Experimental TV: Comedy
This thread is part of an experiment to determine Buffistas' interest in television discussion. It will close on June 1st, 2007, after which there will be a brief skirmish to sort out what we want to do next. This thread is for discussion of all comedy, regardless of airing station. [NAFDA]
Toby's big crime with Michael is thinking like an adult. Go, Pam!
Watch it again and again and again. It's perfect every time.
We get an HOUR. Which may be what we get all next season. I wonder if they double everyone's salaries if that happens.
I read that NBC announced there would be 24 episodes next season, with four of those being an hour long. I might have read this early today. My brain is still pretty much all PAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! with a side of: Sunil, you have e-mail.
I did the coal walk! Just...I did it. Michael, you couldn't even do that. Maybe I should be your boss.
Wow I feel really good right now.
Why didn't any of you come to my art show? I invited all of you! That really sucked. It's like sometimes some of you act like I don't even exist.
Jim, I called off my wedding because of you. And now we're not even friends. And things are just -- like -- weird between us and that sucks. And I miss you. You were my best friend before you went to Stamford. I really miss you.
I shouldn't have been with Roy. And there were a lot of reasons to call off my wedding, but the truth is I didn't care about any of those reasons until I met you, and now you're with someone else, and that's fine, it's -- whatever -- that's not what I'm -- I'm not...
Okay, my feet really hurt.
The thing that I'm just trying to say to you Jim, and to everyone else in the circle I guess, is that I miss having fun with you. Just you, not everyone in the circle. Okay. I am gonna go walk in the water now. Yeah. It's a good day.
Pam! That was amazing! But I am still looking for someone with a sales background.
didn't it say there would be deleted scenes from last night's ep on the official site? they're slow!
Maybe they should try out Pam in a sales position next season. She could scarcely do worse than what they've got.
Theo, Scott and I re-watched last night, and I was thinking the same thing. I'd like to see Pam move up in the company. Plus, it would add an interesting dynamic to the ongoing Jim-Pam saga if they were, professionally, on a more even footing.
