Well, that's a rhetorical question. Who wouldn't to their mom is a different one.

Experimental TV: Comedy
This thread is part of an experiment to determine Buffistas' interest in television discussion. It will close on June 1st, 2007, after which there will be a brief skirmish to sort out what we want to do next. This thread is for discussion of all comedy, regardless of airing station. [NAFDA]
I'm not sure that I would tell my mom the whole "He loves me," thing anymore...she's been burned and is hardly pro-love. But if I had co-workers and one was, you know, So Funny, and stuff like that, yes, she would know about him, probably. My mother, in particular, enjoys finding out about anything Jilli does, or ita's Life in Martial Arts, for instance.
I watched HIMYM tonight: LOVED it. (I had already caught the Robin Sparkle video on Youtube.)
Did you see the Swarley episode, because that was really funny too.
I watched HIMYM tonight: LOVED it.
I've watched a couple of episodes of HIMYM and I just can't get past the laugh track. It just really bothers me now. I'm watching Sports Night dvds right now and I was shocked to hear a laugh track on that too. It sounds so outdated to me.
Do you guys get Peep Show or The Mighty Boosh over there? They're my two current favourites.
Jars!
I'm about 394032903 episodes behind on Peep Show. Is it out on DVD?
Jars, a couple of my friends have been trying to get me to watch Boosh for months.
What little of Peep Show I've seen has been funny. It depends if you can cope with the concept of seeing something entirely from the character's point-of-view (literally) and hearing their thoughts.
Yeah, up to Season two of Peep Show is out on dvd, I think. And I know it's what people say about shows all of the times, but it's funny because it's true. Painfully so.
And P-C, your life would be incalculably enhanced by watching of the Boosh. DO IT!
