Art Crawl!!!

No, it was new -- they pulled the new episode and are running a repeat due to the content of the new episode. (Over at TWOP they're worried due to some stuff - non-A Plot that was supposedly going to happen and will now be all out of order.)

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

It's interesting to me that House really seemed to be asking "really?", because I thought he could read Wilson better than that.

He usually can, but he also genuinely worries that, deep down, Wilson and Cuddy like each other more than they like him.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I think House went through a bit of the "so, clearly, you couldn't put the poison in the cup in front of me" reasoning in his multiple "Seriously?"s and psyched himself out.

Our wings are not tired.

Woo! House in blackfont! Except I haven't watched yet, but I will.

I really hate it when reality looks like fiction. Seriously.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Yay new threads!

Speaking of Bones--I've been mainlining all the episodes for the last week and a half, and I am so totally taken with this show. Like, majorly in love. We're talking hearts, flowers, diamonds, the whole works. I'm ready to have its nerdy little babies.

I can't believe that a show about scientists, with humour, actual technical terms (tm), and david boreanaz is a) on fox and b) hasn't gotten cancelled by fox.

Also, the chemistry between ED and DB is hot like burning. My god, I am so in love with this show.

By the end of the episode, I thought the whole thing was House trying to suss out Wilson's feelings before he made his own move on Cuddy. He gave Wilson the tickets, he sent the flowers to make Wilson think Cuddy was interested, and eventually got the answer he wanted. It was both House-like and adorable.

Really? I mean, I think they have chemistry, but for a while I thought it could go either way between love and friendship. (But maybe that was just me projecting "Dear God, don't make this into Moonlighting.")

Well, I've never seen Moonlighting. And my perspective is definitely shaped by watching about four eps a day for the last ten days (minus weekends). And I totally see this thread of build-up, from episode 101 to 213 (the one I'm on now) that they'll probably deal with in season three or so.

The short story behind Moonlighting is that they had two great characters with smokin' chemistry, but as soon as they actually became a couple the show went downhill.

I think mainlining like that would definitely change the perception. Oh gee, maybe I'll have to rewatch this summer, twist my arm.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Then there was JAG, where they kept the veiwer watching in exasperation for 10 YEARS for something to happen between Mac and Harm. I quit watching around year 5 or 6, it couldn't compete with Buffy on Tuesday nights once I found her. I want something to pan out between Bones and Booth sooner than that.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm just watching House, and like Jessica said in Natter, lip waxing is totally not part of a spa day! It's five minutes on the way home! Of course, I'd never do it at lunch, because of the redness, but still.
