Did anyone watch ER last night? The reason I ask, and I kid you not, is that they did a Jeff Buckley 'Hallelujah" montage! This is, like the 75th time this year that damn song (which I used to like when I discovered Leonard Cohen in the early nineties) has been used in a show. I feel horrible, because as soon as I hear it, I begin to giggle, because that song has lost all power over me. Once or twice is enough, people!

Yeah, there definitely needs to be a moratorium on that song. There are other heart-wrenching songs out there, people!
I wonder if the use of Hallelujah montages on tv shows is listed in wikipedia? (If not it TOTALLY should be.)
Still thinking about Grey's. That scene between Christina and Mere was really excellent. . . and possibly fodder for fanfic.
I think that George must be recurring only next year and Preston must be gone.
Was Lexy the woman that chatted up Derek at Joe's?
Yeah, she was.
How did ER end? I've been trying to find some information but no such luck.
There was some kind of disaster releif montage to Hallelujah, I think Katrina but I can't remember which news show it was.
So she is attracted to Derek AND George? Huh.
The GA finale was possibly one of the most depressing season finales ever.
If, at the end of next season, someone loses their fiance whilst wearing a formal dress, I'll quit watching. STG.
Okay, somebody needs to put a bug in Jeff Buckley's ear that if he doesn't stop licensing that damn song, he's going to permanently alienate his audience.
(The others, too, but his version is the worst offender.)
