Our wings are not tired.

There's a difference between hardcore and psycho.

Finally watched last night too. Yeah, it went beyond hardcore in my book. But we were there, and Adama wasn't and I understood his stand. She had gone off the deep end, but Adama interest in protecting her in history came from a self-preservation place. Judge not...

The Cain/Gina was odd in that it felt forced to me and not integrated well enough. Sounds good enough in theory, but they didn't make me believe it.

It wasn't stellar, but it was good to hear the lovely BSG music and see all those nummy faces again. Bit of BSG fix is better than none.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I watched Torchwood! Excellent snoggage there.

Also, any episode where Owen gets shot is always a highlight. It's so aggravating that his emotional arc is the one driving the end of the season! Dear Ianto: Call me! Love, Nora

Art Crawl!!!

I would have loved to have been in on the Razor W&P but I was out of town and didn't watch til latish last night.

Naturally, the first thing I did this morning was get out the season 2 (2nd half) dvds and try to figure out when this happened:

Population at beginning of Epiphanies - 49, 598. Population at beginning of Razor - 49, 579.

But wait - it had to have happened after Black Market, right?

And now we know that BSG is back in March. Thank goodness we'll have the 2nd series of Life on Mars and Torchwood to keep us busy 'til then.

Oh yes. Very excellent.

And um, Blood Ties: so is that Incan Mummy stealing life-force actually an Incan belief? Or was that totally an "hommage" to "Inca Mummy Girl"?

actually, that ep is loosely based on another book of the series, Blood Lines.

So it probably is from Incan tradition.

ION, the trailor for the uncut Razor dvd.

I enjoyed watching Razor, but it did seem kind of pointless once it was over. The stuff with Starbuck seemed particularly weird, since she actually liked Cain. As always, the explosions were very pretty.

sumi -- It's set after "The Captain's Hand." That's when Apollo was given command of the Pegasus.

Art Crawl!!!

Was this the first time we've ever seen the galley of a battleship?

(And thanks - the "Previouslies" on the season 2 episodes were confusing me.)
