Jeez, don't get all Movie of the Week. I was just too cheap to buy you a real present.

Dawn ,'The Killer In Me'

Boxed Set, Vol. IV: It's always suicide-mission this, save-the-planet that.

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I enjoyed watching Razor, but it did seem kind of pointless once it was over. The stuff with Starbuck seemed particularly weird, since she actually liked Cain. As always, the explosions were very pretty.

sumi -- It's set after "The Captain's Hand." That's when Apollo was given command of the Pegasus.

Was this the first time we've ever seen the galley of a battleship?

(And thanks - the "Previouslies" on the season 2 episodes were confusing me.)

In Star Trek the Undiscovered Country we discovered that the Enterprise makes mashed potatos the old fashioned way, in big steel pots. And that the grunts live in dorms.

I meant in the BSG verse. I don't think we've seen it before.

Yeah, apparently those slots that food would appear in from the original 60s series were just automat receptacles being very quickly filled by possibly precognitive galley workers.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Actually, the replicator food isn't supposed to be as tasty as 'real' food. I suspect there's some kind of Cook & Farmer conspiracy making sure the replicator makers don't get the programming to be better, much like GPSs could be more accurate but aren't for civilian uses.

Thinking about Razor it occurs to me that Shaw had the Worst Ever First Day On The Job, i.e.: 1) get lost on the way to the bridge 2) get chewed out by her new captain 3) entire human race gets blowed up.
