Don't belong. Dangerous, like you. Can't be controlled. Can't be trusted. Everyone could just go on without me and not have to worry. People could be what they wanted to be. Could be with the people they wanted. Live simple. No secrets.

Boxed Set, Vol. IV: It's always suicide-mission this, save-the-planet that.

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

You do wonder about their hiring practices. Surely there are potential employees in Wales who don't hide murderous girlfriends in the basement, take home alien technology or randomly push buttons.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

The first I'll grant you, but

take home alien technology or randomly push buttons

I think may be hazards of the kind of person you'd want in the job. The first, especially.

Art Crawl!!!

Yes, I think that I would have been happier with the idea that Capt. Jack knew that they were all "borrowing" the alien tech - but he certainly knew that it was a hazard - thus the rule.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

well I'd hope they at least hire people who would not (spoiler)

take advantage of alien technology to use as date rape drugs.

[Note based on past buffista discussion, so don't what episode of Torchwood the above spoils - one of the early one though.]

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

it was the first ep, Typo Boy.

this is where Reaper is being discussed, right? originally i wasn't going to watch because the commercials didn't make it look all that interesting. then people here and on lj started singing its praises. so i gave it a try. i loved it! i haven't like Bret Harrison in the various guest roles i've seen him in, but he's incredibly likeable in this. he and the sidekick are absolutely hilarious.

though i do wonder if this means we won't be seeing Missy Peregrym on Heroes this season...

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

i do wonder if this means we won't be seeing Missy Peregrym on Heroes this season.

Candace!!! I totally missed that.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

So did I. She looked so familiar, but I couldn't place her.

i do wonder if this means we won't be seeing Missy Peregrym on Heroes this season.

It's not very likely.

Lurching from one disaster to the next.

I ahem'd Reaper and also thought it was really good. Ray Wise is perfect casting as the Devil.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

One handy thing about Candice's power is that the unavailability of the original actress doesn't mean we won't have the character back.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

BBCA is showing "The Girl in the Fireplace" and I immediately thought, "THAT'S where I last saw that plot about watching the little girl grow up from Moonlight last night."

sumi, not to mention, same damn girl (Sophie Myles).
