Could just be a hoax, though. I fake some headaches, everyone gets used to poor helpless Spike. Then one day, no warning, I snap a spine, bend a head back, drain 'em dry. Brilliant.

Boxed Set, Vol. IV: It's always suicide-mission this, save-the-planet that.

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I guess that is good storytelling even if I am left with kind of a sick feeling.

Austin, welcome to Farscape. Heh.

I blame the Buffistas and Nutty for my FS addiction, although I think I went well past any of them, since I ended up actually working on the Save Farscape campaign, and wrote metric assloads of fanfiction for it.

Farscape is the anti-Trek in a lot of ways: they almost never use the reset button, they usually end up with the worst possible outcome in terms of the characters' emotional states, and they will kill people. Also, yes, chop their arms off.

Zhaan, by the way, as you may have already learned, is not just an empath. I mean, she is that, but she's also other things as well, not all of them nice. And now I will shutup so as to avoid spoiling you.

Whee! I look forward to seeing Austin catch up with Farscape. I remember when I did that very thing in this very thread, and it was a hell of a ride.

I just watched the Bionic Woman pilot, and I liked it. I like the lead, and I didn't dislike Katee Sackhoff's performance, either. Kinda wanted to smack Will for some reason, and I'm not entirely sure why. The guy that Sara Corvis said "Tell me you love me," to before he shot her is a hottie. I think there's potential to like this show. Cool.

I coudn't figure out why Mark Sheppard's character looked so different in the last shot either. It's like they aged him or something. Weird.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

So in The Bionic Woman, is Jaime being played as American or British?

American.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It's a decent accent. Which makes me assume that the crap American accents are kept in the UK to use on Spooks, Doctor Who, or Hotel Babylon.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Oops. I even read it as American, which I'm assuming is what ita meant.

Thanks, DCJ, for the benefit of the read. Let me edit.
