So there is something I can do, besides scream like a woman?

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

It's not quite reached the level of friendship that Mal and Zoe displayed....

It's brilliant. What TPTB taketh with one hand (the too-forced shipping of Allison and Jack), they giveth with the other (the excellent, healthy, beautiful non-shippiness of Jack's friendship with Jo). I wonder what the world would be like if every tv show had something like this. I get so sick of silly sit-coms where the fathers have the emotional intelligence of fried squid, where mothers have to parent their own kids and their husbands as well, and where women and men have very little actual respect for each other (no matter how much lip service they pay to the idea).

Hee. Shanks, you're such an ass.

And from another link on that site, why are they bothering to make an American remake of Life on Mars if they're just going to cast it with British actors? Apparently Colm Meany is looking at playing the Gene Hunt role, and they've got a Dubliner playing Sam.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Mega Snake.

Oh, that's the Feedback movie! (Or, in more accurate terms, the movie Feedback was shoehorned into when the top brass at SciFi suddenly remembered that they were supposed to have made a Feedback movie.)

Actually, the decomtamination water was a little cold but fine-ish. But the tanker truck water was inhuman. It had been a very cold night (40's) and the tanker had sat there filled with water all night. The water was very close to freezing... so the shower wasn't freezing but I already was.

I gotta go check out this fanfic link now...

Wait! Make sure you have a therapist on your speed dial list before you look, Colin!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

more about enjoying men fighting over her

Have never had this dream. Or fantasy.

I've always wondered if I had a fabulous gay friend, who was really rich and I had a good time with and liked a lot and he asked me to marry him for appearance or visa purposes, whether I would do it.

Now THIS fantasy, I've had. A lot.

Fay, Blood Ties is getting to air the second half of their 22-episode season. Not gotten an actual second season, yet. Dresden Files, damn Skiffy, is cancelled.

CFerg, how long did you have to hold your breath? Being underwater freaks me out; I don't know actors handle underwater scenes. shudder
