From poking around, I see that the Dresden Files premiere's ratings were about the same as Galactica that week. So you've got a brand new show starting with the same numbers as a mid-season ep from another show's 3rd year. The shows aren't equivalent.
My understanding is that Galactica also does pretty good business on iTunes, which has helped balance out its ratings decline.

No. But apart from wondering if this is going to be an episode that causes ita some damage, I'm mostly just groking along.
okay, wait. how can he say definitively that it isn't true if a person dies in their dream, they die in real life. I mean, the people who could prove it true are, um, dead.
