"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I like Martha the way I liked Romana -- capable. She's smart and together. She has a huge crush on the doctor, but she makes good decisions. She didn't go back into the building because she wanted him to love her, she did it for her friend, because she trusted him, and because it was the right thing to do. Which is the same reason that her sister went.

Art Crawl!!!

Zenkitty - what were DF's ratings like in April - after BSG was done?

(I looked but couldn't figure out where to find them!)

I could see that while BSG was on, their ratings were pretty similar and sometimes DF did better but BSG finale night DF had a 1. And there was a week where it had less than a 1.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I don't recall the exact from week to week, but it was close to BSG ratings even when BSG was gone, I think. It got a .9 once, I think. Someone posted the ratings somewhere on the Butcher Block forum.

Art Crawl!!!

It got a .9 the week that BSG got it's lowest ratings that half of the season too.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

Skiffy is insane.

I knew this when they started showing wrestling. I figure they're just on a long slow decline to Spike-lite status.

(The cable station, not the vampire.)

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Claudia Black's going to be at DragonCon WOOOOO! Boy, the Farscape panels are going to be pretty fucking awesome this year.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

Seriously. WTF is up with that? Since I'm not in the target audience maybe I don't get the connection. Is wrestling that big a draw with the younger sci-fi crowd?

After an evening of shopping and sweltering heat, I am so vera vera glad tonight is Eureka. Want to curl up in the cool and see lots of SARAH, and Jack, and Jo, and Zoey...and Stark..and Fargo.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Wrestling gets good ratings which pays for the shows I actually like...well, some of them, anyway.
