Boxed Set, Vol. IV: It's always suicide-mission this, save-the-planet that.
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

What Vortex Said.
I haven't managed to hook my roommates on Doctor Who... yet. But lately I've been watching a lot of episodes in my room and I find the daleks (and the cybermen) kind of embarassing. Like, from the first "exterminate!" I find myself turning down the volume and glancing at the door. And I can still see the plungers and the film cannisters and whatever bits and pieces they found around the studio and glued on. I am loving the show but there are moments when I feel that 12-year-old squee I got from Tom Baker and it's the "yeah I know it's bad but I love it anyway" feeling.
A friend of mine wrote a song about Eureka.
Did anyone else think that hug between Megan and Tom was awkward? He strode toward her with purpose, and then, awkward hug.
Oh, and right there with y'all on wanting Megan dead right up until they got Sean.
Killing Sean happened too early in the show. The minute he died, I knew they were fake deaths.
Sean = Shawn. sorry, it's a peeve.
Due entirely to Buffista nomenclature, Sean=boy, Shawn=girl.
I have an unduly hard time not making that anecdote data.
I have a boy-Shawn coworker, and I've babbled at him repeatedly about how I'm sorry to misspell his name, but the other Shawns I know are women. I don't think it helps.
Sean = Shawn. sorry, it's a peeve.No, I'm glad you corrected. I've never seen it spelled out for the show so I didn't have a clue.
Due entirely to Buffista nomenclature, Sean=boy, Shawn=girlI knew a boy Shawn, a boy Sean, and a girl Shawna, but never a boy Shaun. Until Hardy Boys was on the air, then I was all about the Shaun.
I had a Seaghan friend in college. What a freak.
