'Same Time, Same Place'
Boxed Set, Vol. IV: It's always suicide-mission this, save-the-planet that.
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Due entirely to Buffista nomenclature, Sean=boy, Shawn=girl.
I have an unduly hard time not making that anecdote data.
I have a boy-Shawn coworker, and I've babbled at him repeatedly about how I'm sorry to misspell his name, but the other Shawns I know are women. I don't think it helps.
Sean = Shawn. sorry, it's a peeve. No, I'm glad you corrected. I've never seen it spelled out for the show so I didn't have a clue.
Due entirely to Buffista nomenclature, Sean=boy, Shawn=girlI knew a boy Shawn, a boy Sean, and a girl Shawna, but never a boy Shaun. Until Hardy Boys was on the air, then I was all about the Shaun.
I had a Seaghan friend in college. What a freak.
Seaghan could totally ruin Siobhan for you.
how do you say Siobhan?
Shuh-VAHN
huh. thanks, Laga. i never would have parsed that.
Irish doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I have to learn words one at a time. Ferinstance, Slainte is pronounced, "SLAHN-shuh" (or Samhain which is SOW-en)
