Ah and I have no idea whether getting into the elevator was at all in issue.

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
i didn't watch SciFi's version last night
How is SciFi's version different? Not the particular episode (I'm not up to speed with season 3), but in general. Do they cut stuff out? Would I do better to ahem than watch what's on SciFi or PBS?
They cut for time - -so that they can run more ads. So, bits get left out. They don't cut for content so far as I know but some of the transitions are a bit ragged.
what sumi said. i don't really like watching them on SciFi because i like to see all of it. it's kinda like what FX did to Buffy.
Hmmm, PBS runs without commercials. Even though I'm way behind, I think I'll stick to TiVoing theirs and forget about SciFi.
it's kinda like what FX did to Buffy.
Not quite as Evil though.
Sailaweigh - do we know that they're going to be running seasons 2 and 3?
I was thinking that they'd run season 2 after BBCA did.
Not a clue. I caught season 1 by accident. According to my TiVo, there's no episodes of Dr. Who scheduled on PBS for the next two weeks.
I've only seen the first 3 episodes of the first season of new Who on SciFi. I plan to watch the whole thing eventually, but I'm thinking I'm going to watch it all on DVD. I don't like the idea that SciFi is cutting bits out.
Which leaves nothing on SciFi that I watch except Eureka. For Colin's sake, maybe I'll hold off on my canceling-cable plan until the season is over.
Would this be the place to talk about Masters of Science Fiction? Or is nobody else watching?
