'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I think the saying in the Who-verse is "Daleks and taxes."

Art Crawl!!!

Question to those of you who saw "Evolution of the Daleks" British version: over at TWOP one of the things that is mentioned that was cut was some bit with Martha and the psychic paper. Could anyone illuminate me? Was it very important?

Our wings are not tired.

That one is next up for my viewing with the kids. I'll have to look for it.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

hmm...i didn't watch SciFi's version last night, sumi. all i remember about the psychic paper is that the Doctor gives it to her right before the Daleks take him away and she ends up using it to get her, Tallulah and Lazlo into the Empire State Building.

How is SciFi's version different? Not the particular episode (I'm not up to speed with season 3), but in general. Do they cut stuff out? Would I do better to ahem than watch what's on SciFi or PBS?

They cut for time - -so that they can run more ads. So, bits get left out. They don't cut for content so far as I know but some of the transitions are a bit ragged.

what sumi said. i don't really like watching them on SciFi because i like to see all of it. it's kinda like what FX did to Buffy.

Hmmm, PBS runs without commercials. Even though I'm way behind, I think I'll stick to TiVoing theirs and forget about SciFi.
