'Day' is a vestigial mode of time measurement based on solar cycles. It's not applicable. I didn't get you anything.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Aw, shucks. I didn't love it, but it was fun.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Oh, crap. I'm really disappointed. I need to go drink and drown my sorrows.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I'm very sorry -- I enjoyed it, though I got the sense it could be So Much More. At least it got some good actors a regular paycheck and wider exposure.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I'm not mourning it like I mourned Firefly, but I'm sad. I'm seriously considering dropping my cable package. This may be the straw that breaks my complacency. No other business would I pay money to, on a regular basis, to deliver me shit, not give me what I want, and indeed keep giving me more shit. I'd be better off saving $70 a month, buying DVDs, and ahemming what I just can't wait for.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Zenkitty, I'm beginning to think along the same lines

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

The way my cable is structured, getting rid of Skiffy means I'd lose - of the channels I actually sometimes watch - Discovery Channel, Weather Channel, History Channel, Comedy Central, Animal Planet, and USA.

How did it get to this place? We're paying the money, but we aren't the customers who matter - the advertisers are. My little boycott won't make a damn bit of difference to Skiffy, or anyone else.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Andi is currently reading a fanfic in which SG-1 decided not to accept fish in Jack's pond, and went off to try changing time again.

Oh! and Number Slut 5000!

Not sure if anyone else here has noticed, but it seems that Eureka commentary for Try, Try Again (this season's 2nd episode) is now up. Yay!

Thanks CFerg!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Sorry to hear about Dresden. I thought it was really picking up in the last few episodes.

This may actually force me to write fanfic again. Good grief.
