So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Man, this episode really remains just out of the park every time I watch it. I'm losing count, too, of how many times I've seen it.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

John is really really pretty, with all the scruff and the pain. Mmm.

I saw JDM on Rachel Ray earlier this week, and he's maybe closer to Denny, because he's very upbeat and cheerful, much softer than John, and much younger than the dad of two twenty-somethings would be. He's very cute. But he's not John.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

So very much.

Except I've only seen it a few times. So far.

I prefer Denny to John, but that may just be me...

Me too.

The one thing that's glaringly obvious, to me, anyway, is the exponential leap JP's acting took between IMToD and Houses of the Holy and Born Under a Bad Sign. It's almost like he made a crossroads deal, the improvement was so sudden and so marked.

I think there was a noticeable improvement just after Playthings, but that may just be the "can't act drunk" thing

Art Crawl!!!

JDM is, at most, 15 years older than JA. Possibly less.
