A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

which is why it should be yours. If I had gotten there first, I would have given it to you. *smooch*
On the Dr./Ms. thing... it seemed to have been made pretty clear that Allison was an MD and not a PhD, which makes the whole thing pretty weird to me. In "Invincible," she said she was a doctor before she had Kevin and she gave Carter the physical and was monitoring his vital signs. I personally don't know any MDs who go by Mr./Ms. I also would've thought that most people would know the profile/qualifications of the new boss and would therefore use the correct title, particularly on the first day. And as the new head of GD, I would think that she would've preferred to use the Dr. title to reinforce the idea that she is qualified to lead GD.
(On the flip side, if she had an Bachelor of Medicine as under the British system, then she should not be called Dr. unless licensed to practice and then the confusion could be justified.)
Askye, that is one of the questions that we asked.
And, on this ep, the justification of Ally's cavalier choice to not drop Fargo down the hole sooner was brought up more than once.
...problems for me....
Allison was supposed to have medical training but Salli objected to a nurse or paramedic status on the ep when it was established. So they made her a doctor but the use of the title seems a bit convenient.
I'd forgotten she was a doctor (oh yes, I have to rewatch the first season soon -- such a burden!) so it's good to get a reminder.
Eureka got an Emmy nom for visual effects. Yay!
So far I've seen no evidence that FNL was mentioned in the Emmys.
t is disgruntled
I think it got a directing nom, but that's about it. Sorry.
Wait, aren't the Emmys in the spring? Oh no, that's the Oscars, right? Emmys are Septemberish?
