Congratulations to the class of 1999. You all proved more or less adequate.

Boxed Set, Vol. IV: It's always suicide-mission this, save-the-planet that.

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Anyone got a question for Ron Moore or David Eick while DH is on a conference call with them? (He's on hold, but it'll be starting any minute.)

None that the former hasn't twisted himself into rationalization knots upon being asked about before, so it's probably best for me to forbear.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Okay, I love that story about Mr. Rogers' Impala. That amuses me deeply, and is somehow narratively satisfying in a way real life so rarely is.

About LoM, I didn't watch, but I'm glad that I knew the ending so that I wouldn't, because either I'd have to believe the way Dana does or I really, really couldn't stand the show.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

of course, my favorite Mr. Rogers story is the one with the gorilla and the shoes.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Cass, I just sporfled at your tagline.
I think it just really speaks to the emotional depths that you need to have in reserve...

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Dying to see LoM. Any idea when it will be available? Or where it might be available?

Our wings are not tired.

Have pity. I wasn't fully watching and was doing other stuff. SGA was on in the background. I look up and BOOM. I missed SG-1 completely. Need to watch them both since I still love my Gates.
