Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I know! And H is rarin' to go 'splore! I'm going to have to stay up late (I got up early--he was already up!) to rewatch.

I agree with Plei in the shift in the balance of strength from Dean to Sam in S3. Said so in my LJ, along with more rambles, here. I do think that's been happening all through S2, subtly, which is not something I'd ever accuse SPN of being, ordinarily. But I think that's part of the dynamic in S2, and I'm looking forward to seeing it play out. In S*3*! Yay for that.

(Bev, your LJ is friends-only, isn't it? I'm going to have to break down and flist real people, aren't I? is scared)

balance of strength

I was thinking about this yesterday. They do a good job of balancing the two characters, but I think S1 belonged to Sam and S2 belonged to Dean. And now we're swinging back to give S3 to improved!action!Sam.

(Or, you know, I'm talking out of my ass because me no brain today.)

Yes, my love. My LJ itself isn't f'locked because I occasionally want to post something for general consumption, but most of my posts are flocked. Friend me, dahling, and I'll friend you right back! Or tell me again what your LJ name is and I'll friend you first. I forgot. Memory like a sieve, sorry.

Done and done, Ailleann.

Hokay, off to explore the wilds of Mt. Baker. Who knows when I'll be able to get back to the computer to read and post more? Who?

I know. I think I'm more disturbed that people will actually start reading mine. Weirdo.

Anyway... something that belongs in this thread.... man, am I behind on the Stargates. I mean, just, wow.

Ailleann, I'm la_perkins on LJ, if you feel like friending people.

Would it help if I promise to skim and miss stuff, 'cuz I tend to do that.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Just as a PSA, for those who may be interested in friending me, I NEVER check who has me friended, and the last time I tried, it crashed my browser (perils of a huge flist), but if you drop me a note in an entry, I'll get 'round to that whole friending bit.

(minim-calibre, for the record)

Absolutely helps. I don't know what my problem is. (I know I need to stop bitching about it, that's fo sho.) Off to friend.

Ooh, I know what I want to talk about! What interpretations do people have of Sam's extremely angry face when he offs Jake? Other than "ooh, I've gone a bit evil!"

That Sam=Wesley and Jake=Robot dad, but that might just be me.
