It does not fill me with confidence that Sanctuary's website has gone under due to high traffic on the day the first webisode was supposed to debut. That speaks of exceedingly poor planning to me.

And further on the ring, I'm guessing white gold. It doesn't show up yellow gold, he couldn't afford platinum on a mechanic's salary, and before he was a hunter and knew its arcane properties, silver would have seemed cheap to him.
